  • Are all sneakers original? 
    • Yes, all sneakers we sell are new and original. All sneakers we receive first go through a strict inspection before they are offered for sale. This means we can guarantee that the sneakers are original!
  • Why are the prices more expensive than the 'original' retail price?
    • The prices are indeed a bit higher than the original retail price. This is because we only sell exclusive sneakers, which are often sold out immediately after release. This causes demand to increase enormously, but supply remains limited. And due to the difference in supply/demand, prices also rise!

  • Which countries do you ship to?
    • Sneakers_abel ships to all countries within Europe. The shipping costs (if any) are visible at checkout.
  • When will my sneakers be delivered?
    • When you click on a product, you will always see an indication of the delivery time. As mentioned, this is an indication, because it can always happen that a package is delivered earlier/later than predicted in advance. Sneakers_abel strives to deliver all packages as quickly as possible! Once a package has been shipped, you can track it via the T&T that you receive from us in the email! 
  • What are the delivery times?
    • Orders generally ship within 1-4 business days. However, some models/sizes are shipped within 4-8 working days. These sneakers are not in our warehouse, but on consignment with our colleagues. We will therefore first have to retrieve these sneakers before we can send them. 
*Exceptions to this rule are custom sneakers. These sneakers are made by hand, which also means the shipping process takes a lot longer. The current delivery time of the custom sneakers can be found with each product. 
  • Which parcel services do you deliver with?
    • For Dutch orders we ship via PostNL. For international orders this can vary between: DHL, UPS and PostNL.

    • Does Sneakers_abel also accept returns?
      • Yes, it is possible to return your sneakers within 30 minutes (after receipt). Please see our Returns Policy page for more information. This page can be found at the bottom of the webshop.

    • Is Sneakers_abel reliable?
      • We understand very well that you are wondering about this. Sneakers_abel has been selling sneakers since 2019 and since 2021 under the name Sneakers_abel. In these years we have already made 1000+ customers happy with new sneakers. Any reviews can be found via our trustpilot page and of course on our socials!
    • Do you have a physical store?
      • No, we currently do not have a physical store. A physical store causes a lot of extra costs, which would also make the prices of sneakers a lot higher. And this goes against our principles, because we want to sell sneakers for the lowest possible price!
